How To Treat Lower Abdominal Pain?

I have a pain in my lower stomach on the right hand side but it started off by my belly button then down above my hip , I can't sit up or cough if I try suck in my stomach the pain gets worse , one minute I'm warm next I'm freezing , I feel like getting sick , it hurts when I walk and I have no appetite for food whatsoever I'm 19 years old female and if I lie on my left side I'm in really bad agony this pain started Saturday morning I was woken up from my sleep

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history about a 19 year old female waking up by severe pain in abdomen in belly buttock area which shifted to right lower area and hip area, increases on coughing, movement, alternating warmth and freezing sensation.
As per the history you have provided, this is surely an inflammatory lesion like appendicitis, right ovarian or tubal problem or typhilitis.
I would advise you the following:
Report to ER and get a clinical evaluation and examination.
Tests of urinary pregnancy test if there is unprotected sex.
Tests of blood, urine and stool.
Ultrasound followed by CT scan of the whole abdomen.
Once diagnosed, get an appropriate management, medical and/or surgical as the case may be.
