How To Treat Lower Back Pain?

I have had a lower back pain for about 9 months where I had a normal scan done & also a bone scan & neither of these scans show anything. I am in pain every day & it feels like someone is pushing their fist against your body & a pitching feeling. When I am in the drivers seat with my back against the back rest just the slightest touch & it really hurts. Working in the house, garden or what ever I do even bending over feels like my back wants to break & freezes up. I am at a stage where I don't know what to do. Is there anything that can be done or will it take time to heal what ever it is?

Hi,
As all reports are normal, there might be having muscle pain giving this problem.
Go for back extension exercises daily and regularly.
Go for physical exercises daily like walking, swimming, slow running.
If you are elderly then take calcium, vitamin A and D supplements.
Ok and take care.
