Hello, Thank you for taking the time to read my query. Every time I shower, moments later I experience a really intense pain in my left lower back. It only lasts for about 5 minutes or so, then It goes away. What do you think it can be? Your assistance will be greatly appreciated Thanks..

I had gone through the case and found that it might be nerve pulling which create pain in perticular movement.
Take mild painkiller and take physiotherapy massage.
