1 year ago i had surgery for colitice had some of my large int. and colon removed, and i have an iUD birth control. for the past two weeks I've had lower right abdominal pain with lower right back pain with diarah, i wake in the night it hurts so bad sorry about the spelling

It is probably due to indigestion as your large intestine has been removed , also get your stool examination done to rule out any infective cause of diarrhea.
