Hi, for a few years I have had a non painful lumpy tissue about the size of a broad bean or possibly a bit bigger which is in the top of my calf muscle and seems to be buried behind other tissues, and it irritates occasionaly, but more recently I have noticed on the same leg what feels like lumpy veins which itch inside my leg (which is what drew my attention to it, and this is behind my knee joint and going up the back of my let for a couple of inches. I wondered if this would be varicose veins, although there is nothing to be seen. My mum suffered from these. How ever I am a bit worried if it could be anything worse as I have had Breast cancer 5 years ago. I am 49, thankyou.
