How To Treat Masturbation Mediated Constipation?
Hi Doctor,
I am having constipation after doing masturbation, for more than 3 years. If I did not not do that, I feel convenient and not having constipation.. Could you give your advice and suggestion. I want to stop this constipation, even if i do masturbation. Thanks in advance......

Both are not related. Constipation can be managed by increasing fluid intake. Taking food contain g more fiber. Increase your physical activity.
