OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi,

here is nothing much to worry about this condition. This USG means that your endometrium has thickened as a result of dc however estrogen and deviry tablets will be required to start menstruation.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sujoy S. Bhattacharjee, OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine
