How To Treat Menstrual Pain?
Hello am 19 yrs old sexually active..... I got over my period 1 day ago and after that I carried a heavy object and was feeling some pain 3 to 4 inches below my navel....and am not pregnant. The pain comes and goes when I go to the restroom (2) and am very scared it could be a hernia. Or something

I think that the condition of your is due to cramping pain so I will suggest you to have a course of Mefenamic acids. tablet for 5 days for cramping pain of your along with Pantoprazole course in empty stomach.
