Welcome and thank you for asking!
I read carefully your concern.
I would like to inform you that the slight decrease of the TSH can not be the cause of the high sugar and fatty liver.
These are symptoms of the metabolic syndrome. Overweight is the cause of high blood sugar, high lipid level and fatty liver. So i do recommend you to loose weight by starting a diet and physical activity and continue the levothyroxine 87.5.
After 6 weeks treatment check the TSH again.
Hope it will help.
Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
