How To Treat Mild Pain And Swelling On Right Chest Area?

I have slightly visible veins( veins are not raised) on my shoulder and chest and I have a mild pain with slight swelling on my right chest.area.. Holding a cup of coffee, or a remote to the TV is discomforting, have this for about 2 weeks.Any answers
