Hi doctor, how significant is multiple paramesenteric lymph nodes in right iliac fossa and periumbilical region with minimal fluid in right iliac fossa and mild thickening of stomach wall? And also prominent thick walled appendix - all these were found in my son's ultrasound abdomen
