How To Treat My Girl Friend's Leg Pain Caused By Falling Down From Stairs?

my girlfriend fell down a flight of stairs today and she hit her head she shows no sign of a concussion but her legs hurt there swelled up a lot. She scraped her forehead and stomach. Also she had a small rock loged in her arm but she popped it out. She won't go to the hospital. What should she do?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern if the history of fall is there then she should be in bed in complete rest and the pain can be managed with the analgesic tablet and the best option is Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three time in day if the swelling does not go off or increased then she has to be taken for x-ray study, hope this information helps you, have nice day.
I find this answer helpful
