HAVE HAD SORES INSIDE MY NOSE FOR 2 MONTHS.. BEEN ON 3 ANTIBIOTICS HAVE HAD HEADACHES EVERY DAY BEEN ON STERIODS ALSO NOSE SPRAYS.. NOTHING HAS WORKED. I HAVE NOT HAD A CT BUT WAS TOLD BY AN ENT I HAVE CHRONIC SINSUSITIS. HE GAVE ME BIOXIN AND PRENASONE AND SAID TO SEE HIM IN 4 WEEKS. NICE GUY!! AND YOUR OP IS?? I SAW HIM NEW YRS. EVE.

Hi. Do you mean wound in nose or only soreness? There is something we call as collumellitis, meaning infection in the angles formed by septum just below the tip of nose. This is difficult to treat. Many times a habit for touching the nose unknowingly and repeatedly enhances this. An antibiotic solution or ointment locally helps.
