In the morning, i would have a stomachache due go gases, and i would get to the toulet either in an hour or 3, but usually burps would still be going on, and it ends with Diarrhea. Hi. anxiety is one of the most common reason for the symptoms like you have. Another probable reason can be a problem with you lower esophageal sphincter, which may be lax. Go for an opinion of a Gastroenterologist , go for an Upper GI Endoscopy, USG of abdomen. You can try tab Domperidone 10 mg at 8 hourly intervals, an antacid liquid 3 tsf every 3 hours, avoid all food and beverages which are know to increase your problems, no smoking, tobacco, tea, coffee etc . Relaxed like is a must and I think 46 kg is a less weight for a 25 years with a height of 160 cm.
