How To Treat Nose Bleed,fatigue,sleepiness And Ankle Soreness In A 4 Years Old Child?

Hi my four year old daughter has not been herself from Sunday. She has been constantly tired and sleeping most of the day and all night. Has no appetite. Yesterday she started to limp and said her ankle was sore but she also said she did not hurt it that she woke up with it. Tonight she had a small nose bleed bit has never had one before. Should I take her to the doctor or is this just part of a viral? Thanks

Generalised tiredness, bleeding from nose and joint pain could be sign of Vitamin C deficiency. Dietary supplement especially containing Vitamin C will be helpful.
