How To Treat Pain After Micturition?

HI Doc tor,i m aged 28 yrs, married 2 yrs ago. I had admitted in hospital 5 mths. ago. After discharge i deveioped UTI. Doctor had prescribed antibiotics. At present now i m having pain after micturation. And itching sensation for few mins. I m undergoing through this problem since 1 week. But from previous 2 days it is more painful. I have taken syrup alcasol once. Now it is little better. Please help me in this situation.

I have gone through your query. For painful micturition associated associated with urinary infection you can continue taking alcasol. I also advise urinary antispastics like flavoxate for this. If still pain is there then infection can be not responding to the antibiotic. Urine culture and sensitivity should be done and change antibiotic if necessary according to it.
