How To Treat Pain And Injury To Penis During Sexual Activity?

Hi, about 5 days ago my girlfriend and I were getting intimate with each other and within a few minutes I noticed pain on the top section of my penis. I immediately stopped and looked down to notice the skin was rubbed off and looked like rug burn. I proceeded to clean it and put neosporine on it. Since then it has not really healed and I was wondering what you would recommend to aid the healing process for this.
