Hello Thanks for query .You hare getting episodes of UTI due to stagnation of urine secondary to Prolapse of the bladder .
You need to consult qualified Gynecologist for evaluation and get following basic tests done. 1) Urine routine and culture 2) Per speculum and vaginal examination to assess the degree of prolapse 3) Take antibiotics as per culture report to control UTI 4) You need to take treatment for prolapse of the bladder which is primary cause for getting UTI.
Further treatment for prolapse will depend upon result of these tests and clinical findings .You may need to use vaginal pessary or undergo surgery for prolapse of the bladder . Dr.Patil.
