How To Treat Pain In Knee Radiating Into Shin Caused After Injury?
I fell on my knee cap back in June--It hurts to bend and to touch. I can t kneel on it without causing radiating pain down my shin. After I walk for long periods it will swell and will throb and will hurt when sheets touch it. I have been icing it but still very sore.
