Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that due to traumatic injury there has been inflammation of the soft tissues and pain is due to inflammation while swelling is due to accumulation of inflammatory fluid into the soft tissues..
As the fingers are moving and as there is reduced swelling and pain you need not to worry as there a not seems bony fracture..
You can do cool compresses over the fingers..
Take anti-inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen..
Apply analgesic gel over the painful areas..
In case if there is no improvement or if the symptoms worsen consult an Orthopedician and get evaluated..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
