How To Treat Pain In The Lower Back, Legs, Ankles And Foot In A Female Recovering From Anorexia?

I'm 17 years old, female, and have been off and on in recovery from anorexia for over 3 years. I'm just starting to recover from a relapse. I'm 5'8 and 121 pounds. I was cooking today and my lower back and legs starting aching.. Not a normal ache that you get with working out, it was like my bones were exploding very slowly (if I could describe it in any way) I ignored it and continued, and so did the pain. I took a nap, and woke up with it being even worse! The only difference is that it was in only my left leg. The main areas was my hip, the side of my thigh, calves, and extreme in the ankles and foot. I didn't sleep differently, and didn't wake up with it hurting. I just took a hot bath and that seemed to help, but I can feel it slowly creeping back up on me. Any help would be great!!!

Hi welcome to health care magic forum.
Anorexia may not have any thing to do with the present complaints.
The pain you have described may be due to the arthritis of the left hip,or the sciatic pain.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an M.R.I. for confirmation.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods, till the pain is relieved.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.Thank you.
