How To Treat Painful Left Wrist Bruising With A Big Knot?
A week ago, I woke to what appeared was a bruised left wrist.
however I don't remember doing anything to bruise it.
At first is was blue, and there was a big knot on one of the veins.
Then turned black/red now yellowish but there is still a knot.
It was very painful at first, now less pain, but pain when I touch the knot that is still on my wrist vein.
should I be concerned.
I do have a big problem with bulging veins; varicose veins...
please help!

From history it seems that you might be having thrombophlebitis giving this problem.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course.
Apply thrombophob cream on the part.
