Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi there.

According to your symptoms you could be suffering from either Cervical Spondylosis or from Arthritis.
Numbness is due to compression of nerve either at the cervical nerve root or at the wrist.

Tests to be done :
1. Complete Arthritis panel blood test.
2. Xray of the cervical spine.
3. NCV ( Nerve conduction velocity) right upper limb.

Treatment for the time being :
1. Methycobalamine and Dexomathasone daily injections for 5 days
2. Pregablin and Duloxetine tablet at night time - for the nerve related symptoms.
3. Etoricoxib for pain relief

I hope my advice has helped
Good luck
