How To Treat Painful Swelling In The Abdominal Area While Treating Hernia?

I have a painful strangulated hernia, I lost my insurance from my previous job, I ouldnt get insurance now after trying many options . I need help, I have terrible burning pain and a big bulg in my lower abdomen. Shall I just go to the ER even if I can t pay?and is there any hope this can be cured?

Go to the ER right away! Incarcerated hernia is an absolute medical emergency! A delay can possibly lead to intestinal necrosis, which could lead to perforation and possible complications which could even include death. Please go to your nearest ER now!
