General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Take the following measures at first-
1. cold compression over the wounded area
2. elevation of the limb above the level of heart and rest
3. get an X-ray done for- both the legs including knee and ankle joint
4. you can take paracetamol 500 to reduce the pain and swelling

A dent does not always mean serious injury. But get the X-ray done ASAP for confirmation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Tanmoy Roy, General & Family Physician
