How To Treat Painful,swollen Rash Around Anal Hole With Bloody Yellow Anal Discharge?

Hello I have a anal leakage that is bloody yellow discharge. Also have a rash around the hole. It is very swollen. Hurts a lot. Sorry to be so blunt. Can barely put my finger in it. But when I do it smells like old blood and my finger comes out bloody looks like new and old blood

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having Fistula in ano giving rise this problem.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
After proper diagnosis plan of treatment can be decided.
