How To Treat Pimples Near The Vagina?

Hi, the other day I noticed a red pimple near my vagina, and when I popped it the white pus was small and hard, not a liquid consistency and it was followed by blood. Now I have a cluster of 5 in the same area. It's not particularly sore or anything, but they're all the same, and they look like red pimples. Help!
