How To Treat Pins And Needles In Hand, arm Numbing With Narrowing Of Nerves In Neck?

When I sleep I constantly wake with pins and needles in hands, I don't lie on arms and sometimes need to move one arm with the other as whole arm is numb. I have had a MRI and results were a narrowing in nerves in my neck, however I think my issue is coming from my elbows could this be ?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the MRI report shows narrowing of nerve this may not be actual finding and this could not be taken as clue while correlating with the complaints here, your numbness could be because of the poor posture, or may be due to cervical spine disease, if I would be your doctor then I would treat this case with the following medicine,
1) tab carbamazepine 200mg once in day
2) Tab Acetaminophen three times in day
hope this information helps you, have good day.
I find this answer helpful
