How To Treat Prolonged Loose Motion?

I am suffering loose motion problem since last year i was consult doctor many times and take medicines also. after finish medicine treatment my condition of loose motion back again. some doctors said don t eat flour only take rice. it works and i feel better with rice.

Noted the history about your loose stool which get controlled on stopping wheat flour but alright with rice, you have already consulted many Doctors and took treatment but the problem recurs on stopping the medicines.
This indicates that you have most probably a gluten allergy.
Get the stool and blood checked and stop all the foods which contain gluten.
For this you can consult a Dietitian so that you can consume the gluten free diet.
Prevention is better than cure.
You may also need supplement of probiotics and multivitamins with mineral.
