My nose has been hurting like I got punched, but I didn t. Like around the bridge part of my nose on one side. I ve also had a headache, runny nose, watery eyes, and have been tired. (I m pretty sure the latter issues are allergies right now.) Did I damage the cartilage in my nose or something? Am I supposed to treat it?
Allergic rhinitis is clinically characterised by running nose, sneezing, nasal block and eye symptoms. It is not associated with cartilage destruction of nose. Some times running nose itself can cause pain nose.Take an antihistamine (xyzal) for relief.
