How To Treat Reddish Area Near The Top Of Toenail Bed?

Hello, I wore shoes that were slightly too small a couple nights ago for an extended period of time and today I noticed that it looked red-ish near the top of my toenail bed and so I trimmed some nail off and it started oozing clear liquid...it also looks like there is liquid under the nail. Is my toenail going to fall off?! What should I do?

Thanks for using HCM, I understand your concern and will try to give you my medical advice, I think you got a trauma in your toenail I Advice you some cold compresses 20 minutes 3/times a day and some OTC anti-inflammatory pills, don't use any creams and avoid and excessive manipulation, at this moment don't sounds like you have an infection process,I I don't think that your toenail is going to fall off, I hope that my advice has been helpful, just take care
