Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hello
It seems from the history that your 5 year old is having redness of the eyes following injury. Since the injury has involved the eye it requires eye examination by a ophthalmologist to rule out eye injury. As of now you can use antibiotic eye drops and analgesics for pain relief.
And do consult your ophthalmologist at the earliest to rule out eye injury and treatment accordingly depending on the finding of the examination.

Thank you
