Hello,

As the fall will never cause acid reflux. I think the trouble you facing with the waist line is totally indicative of the bone and ligaments injury. I will advise for the x-ray of the lumbar spine and pelvic bone.

Once we get the report we can think of the next program. As per me, it might be just a bony hurt or maybe a hairline fracture which will heal on its own and nothing much to worry.

Doing hot water fermentation followed by simple strengthening exercises will help improve the muscles to provide good control over the joints and reduce all the pain and aches.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
