How To Treat Right Hip Injury?

I slipped and fell five days ago. I landed on my right hip and pain shot into my back like a sword. My back is still hurting intensely and it hurts to sit or stand. Getting up in the morning, from bed, is the worst. I can t bend over to pick up anything. I know I need something to help.

pls visit ur orthopedic as soon as possible . there could be disc related injury too .
and later to a physiotherapist for low back stabilisation
