the right side of my windpipe or trachae is very painful about once a day, my throat is not sore, there are no lumps, and the pain is contained but very painful lasitng about 20 seconds, incidently I have had a few nose bleeds in the morning, any connection.

As per your query you have right sided tracheal pain which could be due to infection of the tonsil or pharynx, ulcer over tonsils, blockage of sinuses , acidity and respiratory tract infection. You should take green tea on daily basis in morning with one spoon honey in it . Take nasal sprays on daily basis as it will open up sinuses , take steam. Take antibiotics along with anti-inflammatory medications. Visit pulmonologist once and get it examined if symptoms keeps on persisting. Apply humidifiers in room. Do warm saline gargles and get complete examination of blood count along with swab and sputum test. Start treatment after proper prescription. For now apply warm compresses on chest and throat , avoid cold beverages and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain .
