How To Treat Runny Nose And Sneezing In A 2.7 Years Old Child?

My son is 2.7 years old. He is suffering from running nose and sneezing sice last few days. He don't feel like eating anything. Since yesterday i am giving T- mimic syrup and Novartis nasal drops.Is it safe to give?Which is better, Relent syrup or T-mimic syrup?

Hi,
It seems that he is having acute rhinitis.
Continue with Triominic syrup three times a day.
Continue with Noovartis nasal drops.
It is a safe drugs.
