How To Treat Severe Constipation In A Kid?
Changed my 10 month old twins from formula to organic whole milk as per our pediatrician's suggestion; now one of the twins is severely constipated; cries when (& if) she has a bm, which is usually a small pellet. What can I give her to releave her pain & dicomfort??

regular bowel habits are necessary. eat high fiber diet and plenty of fluids . avoid fast food and spicy oily food. use isphagul husk for sometime .
