Hello,

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the history of headache and started vomiting and headache then such symptoms are matter of concern as long as the head injury is concern, it is highly advisable to get done the CT of brain and keep the patient under observation, brain injury needs to be ruled out.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
