How To Treat Severe Knee Discomfort After An Injury?
I hit my knee on the corner of a bookshelf, the corner is not rounded, it s decently sharp but not enough to cut skin. I instantly hit the ground a good 3 feet from where i hit my knee and could barely stand up. Now it s very difficult to stand up after sitting down

Hello dear from my opinion I am suggesting that you may have a condition called tendosynovitis due to trauma so please check a nearby diagnostic center let them conduct a an x-ray of the knee meanwhile take nurofen for the pain pending result of the test
