Hi i am Dr Ahmed Aly
thanks for using healthcaremagic site ,
I had gone through your question and understand your concerns ..

In my opinion from your given history you suffer from spinal disc herniation long ago and have done lamenectomy before .i think you may have disc herniation in your cervical spines as mentioned above .
You may need another MRI to exclude neurovascular bundle compressioon in your lower spine .
For now i may suggest avoiding heavy lifting , vigorous movements , bad sleeping or sitting postures and use advil tab when needed , B12 vitamin supplementation , hot massages with topical gels , muscle relaxants , spinal straightening exercises , physiotherapy and even yoga are helpful with your case .
If pain persists i suggest a visit to your neurosurgeon for further evaluation and management .
