How To Treat Severe Knee Pain?

hi, my partner has had twice now agonizing pain on his knee, impeding him completely any movement from that leg, they only way to release the pain is by pushing the leg upwards whilst pushing the knee down till you hear the click,then happy days,why is this happening to him?

I can understand this the knee joint is very fragile joint highly vulnerable to injury and that causes the great pain the best medicine to reduce the pain is "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg twice in day, this is the initial pain killer can be tried, hope this information helps you have nice day.
