How To Treat Severe Pain In Knee And Shoulders? Also, Is It Possible To Reduce Tummy After C-section?

Hi my name is Latoya Guion , and I have a very bad knee pain in my right knee I have had this problem since I was a about 10 that I can remember, now as an adult its worse I have a hard time getting up out of bed walking stairs sitting down and walking , pretty much anything that requires me to bend my knee, I can wear heels which is up setting. I have the same problems with my shoulders .when I was working out I did not have theses problems, what maybe the problem?i have another question, I had a c section with my daughter in 2011 August I have a bikini cut right above the birth canal, will I be able to flatten MY TUMMY being that I was over weight pre pregnancy
