How To Treat Severe Vaginal Pain While Having Endometriosis?

I ve been diagnosed with endometriosis after a cesarean 8yrs ago and the pain only comes on my menstral and lasts up to 2 weeks. When i sneeze or use any stomach muscles it feels like I m being stabbed repeatedly. Could there be anything else going on?
