How To Treat Sharp Lower Back Pains?
Hello, I am 15 years old and I've been having back pain on and off for around 7 months. Specifically my lower left back. I play tennis and am relatively active. I really want to fix it because I cant do anything because I get sharp pains when I move a certain way.

I had gone through the case and found that it might be muscle spasm or slip disc.
So go for MRI and Vitamin D3 blood test.
Avoid forward bending and take rest till diagnosis.
Meanwhile take mild painkiller and apply muscle relaxant gel.
