How To Treat Shooting Pain Of Body Got From Normal Workout?

Started working out 5 1/5 months after having baby. Started crossfit work outs for 3 days then started having shooting pains in my very low abdomen area. Pain is very bad now if I cough or try to do anything that involves abs. When I try to do any workout that involves my abs now it is terrible shooting pains that don t feel like normal soreness from working out.

Pain after delivary is common, it can be due to stretched muscles, weight gain and change of gait. Are you also having numbness in legs. I would recommend you to do back muscle strengthening exercises. You should also try to loose weight by walking, low fat diet.Hope these things will help. If pain persist get your x ray of spine and ultrasonography of abdomen done.
