How To Treat Short Term Memory,dizziness And Concussion Due To An Accident?

I was in a bike accident Monday and had a concussion on. I haven't felt well for the past couple days. I get dizzy and pale, my short-term memory is a little fuzzy: it takes longer to remember things such as conversations I am having and orders a client gives me. And my hand-eye coordination if off: at work I went to hand a pen to a client and my hand went an inch or 2 to the right of where I thought it was.
