How To Treat Shoulder Blade Pain?
I was getting ready to get out of bed this am,when beginning to stretch,a very intence sharp pain in the lower right shoulder blade grabing type,also felt like I could not breathe ,took a muscle relaxer,and have been applying ice still hurts to high heaven what else can I do

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopaedician and plan for an MRI scan to look for ligament or tendon involvement.
