My 6 year old has been sick for over 3 weeks now with a chest cold and still hasn t been able to cough up his phlegm. He has no fever, but is always feeling lethargic.. We have been to the doctor twice, but have have told us to let it run its course.. Its been a week since he s seen a doctor and nothings really changed. What should I do?
Hello, Give ur child warm water to drink, soups. put warm sesame oil on chest and back and give little hot fomentation. Avoid dairy products, oily food. Give pinch of ginger with honey. Hopefully this will give him relief.
