How To Treat Sinus Problems?

HI doctor this is karthik from hyd....my friend is having a sinus problem,when she cries she is falling unconscious...pleaseeeeeeee suggest me to get rid of this problem..what are the steps my friend has to follow?who is the best doctor for this in hyderabad....is there is any effect to my friend if we dont consult any doctor.....please help me

HI.
If your friend is falling unconscious after crying , you have to undergo th following tests:
CT scan of the brain
CT scan of the nose and sinuses to see how much is the sinusitis.
EEG- elecroencephalograom
Consult a Neurologist to ascertain the cause and get a proper treatment.
IF all the reports are normal, consult a Psychiatrist.
