How To Treat Sore Throat And Runny Nose?

Hi, i have a question. My throat has been hurting slightly lately and my nose is only a little runny, but now when i breathe either through my nose or mouth i have a slight burn in my throat and lungs. I do not have health insurance, and while i can still breathe, i don't know if it iis something serious enough to go to the er.

Hi,
It seems that there might be having upper respiratory tract infection producing congestion in the nose and throat.
Take some analgesic, decongestant medicine like Wikoryl plus or Diominic DCA for 2-3 days.
Go for Vicks vapor inhalation.
Avoid fried, chillies and junk food.
Ok and take care.
